Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

All GoldenYello orders are fulfilled through our international logistics partners and shipped directly to the customer.

Estimated delivery time is up to 15 business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier operations, or circumstances beyond GoldenYello’s control.

GoldenYello shall not be liable for delays caused by customs authorities, courier disruptions, force majeure events, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted strictly under the following conditions:

• The item is received damaged at the time of delivery; or
• The item delivered materially differs from the product ordered.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Requests submitted beyond this period will not be eligible for review.

GoldenYello does not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection by the customer
• Minor variations in colour, finish, or design within acceptable manufacturing tolerance
• Dissatisfaction unrelated to functional defect
• Normal wear and tear

3. Mandatory Proof Requirement

All return claims must include:

• Clear photographs of the outer packaging and product; and
• A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded at the time of opening.

The unboxing video must:

• Show the sealed package prior to opening
• Clearly display the shipping label
• Capture the opening process continuously
• Demonstrate the alleged issue

Failure to provide sufficient and verifiable evidence may result in rejection of the claim at GoldenYello’s sole discretion.

4. Return Authorization

No product may be returned without prior written authorization from GoldenYello.

If approved, return instructions and the Kerala return address will be shared.

Returned products must:

• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Include original packaging and accessories

GoldenYello reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Refund Determination

Refunds will be processed only after:

  1. The returned item is received and inspected; and

  2. The reported issue is verified.

Refunds may be issued:

• To the original payment method; or
• As store credit.

Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, customs duties, and handling charges may be deducted where applicable.

GoldenYello reserves the right to determine the appropriate refund amount based on inspection findings.

Refund processing timeline: 7–10 business days after approval.

6. Orders Marked as Delivered

If a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the courier but the customer reports non-receipt:

• A formal investigation will be initiated with the logistics partner.
• Resolution will depend on courier confirmation and investigation outcome.

GoldenYello shall not be liable for claims of non-delivery where the courier provides valid proof of delivery.

7. Warranty & Defect Review Window

GoldenYello provides a limited 7-day functional defect review window from the date of delivery.

Customers must report manufacturing defects within this period with supporting evidence.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification
• Accidental damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Exposure to liquids, impact, or environmental damage
• Cosmetic variations

GoldenYello reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoldenYello’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.

GoldenYello shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

9. Policy Amendments

GoldenYello reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
